We are thrilled to reveal that the CADENT Offices at Prospero Ansty have won a British Council Office Award for Environment, Social and Governance (ESG).
This award recognises a project that has a game changer influence on the environment, social value, governance, and sustainable outcomes in the commercial building sector.
The Midlands ESG award was given to Cadent Gas for its c.100,000 ft² purpose-built headquarters at Ansty Park, Coventry. The judges singled out this building for its impressive design which is focused on employee engagement and the health and wellbeing of occupants in a light-filled space.
It's extensive on-site amenities include a restaurant and gymnasium, mother and baby rooms, multi faith areas, outdoor terracing and cycle storage. The panel also praised efforts to reduce the build’s carbon footprint, with locally sourced materials and the use of the latest technology and energy saving measures contributing to first class BREEAM and EPC ratings.

No Cannes Do was back with a bang yesterday for its 13th annual celebrations at the OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar and Brasserie with more people than ever before - our biggest attendance to date!
It was fantastic to see the event in full swing, with attendees making the most of the sector’s highly anticipated event of the year. A brilliant chance to network whilst also enjoy the incredible views by the river, despite the not so glamorous weather!
